Terms and Conditions – Lucky 71 Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you") and Lucky 71 ("Lucky 71," "we," "us," "the Platform") in respect of all use of the Lucky 71 website available at lucky71.app and any associated services, games, features and promotions.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any part of the Lucky 71 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use Lucky 71.

Lucky 71 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When we do, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it periodically.

These Terms are written in English and governed by the laws applicable to online gaming operations. In the event of any dispute, Lucky 71's decision, made in good faith and consistent with these Terms, will be final.

To register and use Lucky 71, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Lucky 71 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards underage gaming. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person. Registrations made in the name of a business, corporation or other legal entity are not permitted.
• You must be accessing Lucky 71 voluntarily for your own personal entertainment. Using the platform on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• You must not be on Lucky 71's self-exclusion list or any exclusion register maintained by responsible gaming bodies.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Lucky 71 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity or address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension until documents are received and verified.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Lucky 71 account. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names, different phone numbers or different devices – is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all accounts involved, forfeiture of all balances and bonus credits, and a permanent ban from the Lucky 71 platform.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, phone number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

• Your Lucky 71 password is your responsibility. Use a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone.
• Lucky 71 will never ask for your password via chat, email or phone. If you receive any such request, it is fraudulent – report it to our support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact Lucky 71 support immediately.
• Accounts that show no login or betting activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Lucky 71 will notify you before applying any dormant account policy.

Lucky 71 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, fraud concerns, or failure to complete identity verification when requested.

Lucky 71 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. We support the following payment methods for deposits:

• The minimum deposit on Lucky 71 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposits may require additional verification.
• Deposits are credited to your Lucky 71 account in real time for mobile wallet methods and within one business day for bank transfers.
• Lucky 71 charges zero fees on deposits. The full amount you send arrives in your gaming balance.
• You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Using funds sourced from another person without their consent, or through any fraudulent means, is prohibited.
• Lucky 71 does not accept cash deposits or cheques under any circumstances.

Lucky 71 is committed to fast, friction-free withdrawals for all Pakistani players. Our standard processing times and rules are as follows:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless you have completed full identity verification.
• Lucky 71 may request identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above Rs 50,000. This is a standard anti-fraud requirement.
• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• Lucky 71 does not charge any withdrawal fee. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control.

Lucky 71 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Pakistani players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any specific conditions published alongside each individual promotion.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new Lucky 71 players on their first deposit only. The bonus amount is credited automatically once the qualifying deposit clears. Welcome bonuses carry a wagering requirement – the specific multiple will be stated on the promotion page at the time of claim.
• Reload Bonuses: Available to existing Lucky 71 players on qualifying deposits as specified in each promotion. Reload bonuses may be time-limited and subject to game contribution rules.
• Refer a Friend Bonus: When you successfully refer a friend to Lucky 71 and they complete a qualifying deposit, both you and your friend receive a bonus credit. The referring player must have an active, verified account. Referral bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Cashback Promotions: Where offered by Lucky 71, cashback is calculated on net losses over the specified promotional period and credited as bonus funds, not withdrawable cash, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

Lucky 71 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus – will result in the cancellation of all bonus credits and possible account suspension.

All games available on Lucky 71 – including sports betting, Andar Bahar, Aviator, Ludo, fishing games, live casino and slots – are governed by game-specific rules that are displayed within each game interface. These Terms apply in addition to those game-specific rules.

• Bets placed on Lucky 71 are final once confirmed. Lucky 71 does not accept requests to cancel bets that have been placed and confirmed by the system, except where a technical error has demonstrably affected the bet.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or sports event, Lucky 71 will resolve bets in accordance with the available result at the time of failure. Where no result can be determined, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Lucky 71 uses a certified random number generation system for all casino and crash games. Live casino games use real physical equipment streamed from a professional studio environment. Neither Lucky 71 nor any player can influence game outcomes.
• For sports betting markets, Lucky 71 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets or delay settlement where there is evidence of irregular activity, result uncertainty or a data feed error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on Lucky 71. These are displayed within the game or market interface and may vary by game type, table and account tier.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Lucky 71 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, including using different names, phone numbers or devices to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets, access the platform or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in Lucky 71's systems. Any winnings obtained through a known bug will be reversed and the account suspended.
• Collusion with other players, dealers or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any Lucky 71 game or market.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corruption related to sporting events on which Lucky 71 offers markets.
• Money laundering or using Lucky 71 to process funds connected to illegal activity. Lucky 71 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape or interfere with any part of the Lucky 71 platform, website or game infrastructure.
• Sharing your account with any other person, or allowing another person to place bets on your account.
